Ah, it's because you were wrong, Debster, it wasn't a repeat - it may have seemed so, but it was written anew :)
Mi1dred managed almost one mile for every year of her age. For once she behaved herself. Several people along the way pointed out the incongruity of Mi1dred plus satnav. I pointed out that it was worse than they thought - we had Mi1dred plus 2 satnavs (as Mi1dred is 6V, we can't plug them in, and the battery lasts around 2 hours, so we need 2. And a map just in case).
