Comments: The End

Sewing in ends! Aaaarrrggh! I usually knit the ends in as I go - works with 4 ply and DK. Alas, chunky yarns need careful sewing in. You have my empathy!

I follow the same car washing tradition as you.

Not enough hours in the day for boredom (or for sewing in ends) all my cardigans are knit in one piece . Gorgeous colours though

I'm now crocheting squares with my spare oddments of wool, making throws (small blankets) for sale at a charity shop. This means not many ends to deal with, and I sew them together in a pattern depending on the colors available, though at present I have a young kitten "helping" me, which delays things.

Just enough time to say that BW's waistcoat is lovely and worth the time sewing in all the ends.

Oh and the hand lives; all it needs is a bit of tidying up during our break in Northumberland if I can manage to smuggle it in the broom.
