When Mr BW gets back from Cornwall in a few days, I will attempt to get a photo of the 4 remaining kittens riding the Iron Chicken. There may be fewer kittens by then, of course, but, as I feared, white isn't the most popular kitten colour.
The kitten photo sit-in (see last post comments) turned into a lock-in as the comments box has been locked since last month. However, you return to find us still sitting cross-legged, singing "we shall not be moved" awaiting more kitty pics.
I don't recall the original Clangers, I am Bagpuss / Ivor the Engine vintage.

Definitely too old to have seen the original series. Looking forward to the new one - have recorder set so H can see it when he gets in!
re: The white kitten - find a World Dominator type, they like a white cat to stroke. According to James Bond (& Danger Mouse)
I'd have thought a white kitten to be a better investment in an area with country lanes and too fast drivers. White shows up better.
