Comments: Blue Moon tonight

hello BW and an auspicious day to return;) Lammas greetings to you and Mr BW. I think so many of us are people of a few words but many thoughts. Good to see you writing , missed your words. We didn't see the blue moon sadly. day before was wonderfully clear but last night turned very wet and windy so no blueness for us.

Welcome back. I can only second your statement about the Calais nonsense and an appropriate response to it. We are governed by invertebrates with a media stuffed with fools and lackeys.

I was with Mike and Ann and the Bears today, we were talking about you as you haven't blogged much recently. You have been missed.

@delcatto: We are governed by those elected under our preposterous system. Even when the electorate was given an opportunity to change it, the chance was missed. As I have said before, the problem with democracy is that most people don't know what's good for them!

Saw the Blue moon - it looked more goldeny.

Those around Calais looking for a way into our country and a (hopefully) better life are people too.

But something definitely needs doing about the whole situation. Maybe re-opening the migrant processing place in Calais? See link in previous comment.

Welcome back, BW. The Calais problem as not received much NEWS play here since the media has been focused on much more important stories such as Bruce Jenner's sex change operation and new name, along with Donald Trump's severe case of mouth diarrhea. Not surprising since my country has always had a myopic view of the world,

Welcome back! For some reason I got all the posts from here onwards in one fell swoop on RSS. Beautiful pictures of the sunset but strangely lacking in kittens.

I also got a new camera as the G12 is full of dust internally. I went for the Panasonic TZ70 but haven't really had a chance to play around with it much due to packing things up ...
