And the other associated problem is that, once you have finally learned a new system so that you can make it work well, some wellwisher will come out with a new 'improved' version which won't work at all. I just don't want to spend the rest of my life learning new systems when the old one was perfectly all right.
The Met Office has just done it to me, so that now I cannot find the information I need.
