Are you being something of an anorak and objecting to some trivial detail which cannot be seen at the scale at which they are reproduced? Or is it that the only post boxes you approve of are the ornate Victorian designs?

Hmmm. I don't understand this. There are some recent appeals from charities (eg Macmillan Cancer) for used postage stamps. What's different about the Christmas ones? I certainly intend to save up any I receive and put them in the relevant box ... unless instructed otherwise.
