On our trip to SA a couple of years ago (we visited a number of places you recommended), we ordered wine to be delivered via the wineries' European agents. It worked very well - I remember a case of 24 bottles being particularly difficult to lift!

Ah yes, Caprio, via Germany. A great way of buying at the vineyard and getting 'free' delivery - but sadly you also have to pay the UK duty, so it does make it rather expensive. And as for the email fallout after...
