Comments: Always up for a challenge, the BWs are about to move the first major load, and one black feline familiar, North, in the middle of an epidemic

Paint is cheaper at the Range if there's one nearby. Only one feline? And what about the bees? And my lily?

Black feline is moving first as she is the eldest, friendliest, and hates the others. Once she has established herself, we'll add the other 2 (or 3 if the white one missing since week 2 of our month away reappears).

The bees will have one more year down here as it is too late to move them this year - they're building up nicely, and all 9 colonies came through the winter and are strong. To take them up north, where the seasons are 3 weeks behind here, would not be good for them at this stage now.

Your lily sadly did not appear last year. I've failed to find another like it so far, and I suspect the RHS Shows will be cancelled this year. It might reappear, and if it does, it will be dug up and moved, along with a million other plants.

Didn't know about paint and The Range - there's a big one at Gateshead, near Costco, I think, so thanks. 10 litres of Dulux brilliant white was reasonably priced at Costco, but Dulux white satinwood was £75 in B&Q. £75 for a can of paint!!!

I hope all goes well, and at least while you are on the road or at the new homestead you are practicing great "social distancing." :)

Don't overdo it and be well, both of you.

5 litres. It was 'special' diamond formula, but, even so...

And, I hasten to add, we did not buy that type.
