I forgot the blinds. We have previously dealt with https://www.jalousiescout.de/ for made-to-measure Venetian and Roman blinds, but they do most sorts. Excellent service and quality. I think their website is only in German, but they also sell through Amazon UK.

Tim - having worked in/for local authorities, and seeing, via Mr BW's voluntary involvement in matters official and local, as well as professionally, I know that there are specific (legal?) requirements for such planning. But, the efficacy of such procedures in practice varies (as do all procedures) by the ability and imagination of the person in charge of drawing them up and then thinking through stress testing them.
