You'd better pop over the Pennines and collect some in person Amber... we're popping down south mid-week to sort the bees out, so let me know what you want and we can bring it back up with us.
Debster - the archive (which sadly can now only be searched from within the CMS) tells me the meet-up at Wisley was some time between Hampton Court Flower Show at the beginning of July 2010, when we saw them on the display, and September 2010.
And that the 'red ball lilies' were in a bucket under the table, from where you purchased them when we hadn't been able to. Which must be why I now always ask stallholders, "Have you any of x hidden away anywhere, please?" when enquiring about something not immediately visible at a garden show.
How was that 10 years ago?! Sadly, as of our last trip south, the Debster Lily hasn't appeared this year. Must be a sign... I shall have to find another one somewhere. Any ideas of potential sources?

Of course it's the wrong time of year. Have a look in September when people will be taking orders.
And for the photo, sent separately. I've definitely aged more than him in those years, but he looked then like he does now, so he must have looked older to start with ;) He's still wearing that t-shirt too - albeit for decorating now!
Funny I was hunting for an old file on the pc last night and came across that photo I took of you two in the car park. Garden looking nice there.
