I don't know, BW. If you get all this snow every year you may want to invest in an old pickup with the plow attachment. And I've not done it since I was a kid, but that looks like good cross country skiing land!
I'd need to import one from the US though Scoakat, those sorts of things don't exist over here! So, it's back to the Lego snowplough model (or not as the case may be).
It is exactly the right sort of snow for cross country skiing... which sounds great fun, except that the ground underneath is planted with wheat, there's nowhere to go, and I'm no longer physically up to such ventures. But there's no harm in dreaming!
