Comments: Another tech question

Try looking at www.nchsoftware.com/software/free-downloads.html

I've used their Express Scribe which is for audio transcription for years, and they do seem to be a good company.

They're an Australian company and offer graphics and video making software, so they might have something to suit you.

There's even one called DreamPlan Home Design Software which sounds just up your street.

For videos, I agree with Tim's Youtube idea. There is a setting so it cannot be searched and only those with the link can view. I have one like that on my account of my late grandmother, but you can't see it anywhere unless I send you the link.

But I am familiar with this, not any others.

Have a look at www.blog.appsumo.com/alternatives-to-photoshop/#10_Photopea
There are several options there.
If you want to annotate PDFs rather than images, there are also a number of free PDF editors that will do the job.

I installed Photoshop CS6 on my brand new windows laptop last month, and it worked fine, so it not working seems odd. For an alternative, try Affinity. They do a 90 day free trial.

Regarding your upload problems, do you have 4g coverage in your area? Have you considered "tethering" your laptops to that to upload the large files?
