Happy winter solstice to you too. I always heave a sigh of relief when we get past that milestone as I can hopefully look forward to the doom of depression start lifting once the increase in daylight becomes noticeable - usually around New Year. Seasonal affective disorder is a real thing.

Yes, me too Caroline.
However... I can thoroughly recommend finding a huge project that leaves you no time at all to have any time to do anything except the project, then you have no time to even think about which day it is, let alone experience SAD!
