Is there a local tradition of Royal mail ghosts?
The paint does seem very odd whereas the Bungee cords seems more like human agency / thieving scrotes.

The cords I could understand. Someone light fingered perhaps? The paint? That’s just weird and the power of 3? Sending virtual suits of armour to go with Debsters real ones.
