The naming of companies and products is fraught with problems. You may have heard of the computer gaming company Sega. Find someone who knows some Italian slang and see what most Italians make of that name! (It doesn't come up on Google translate.)

And years ago there was the deodorant called 'Body Mist' that failed to sell in Germany, because 'mist' means 'manure'.
While I'd agree about Hermes for Coven Sud area, at Coven Nord they are the most reliable. Because the local courier lives about 2 miles away, and always comes between 1 and 1.30pm.
I think that all delivery companies have improved a lot during the pandemic.

We used to have a truly excellent Hermes delivery guy but in the end He quit as he was fed up with working such ridiculous hours for a company that paid him pittance.
His replacement has an interesting idea of what is a safe place to leave packages.
