Yes, and the delivery charge was refunded after I'd complained to the supplying company.
I did wonder at one point, as he stood looking at it for 5 minutes, then spent 10 minutes on the phone. 48 minutes from arrival to departure. He told Mr BW that it happened as "the trolley's knackered!"
