Despite having probably 50 lasts (maybe more, can't quite remember what is in the boxes), Mr BW uses Mi1dred's special engine sealant to mend my shoes. I hate getting new shoes or boots, having large and wide feet, it's almost impossible.
Current ankle boots are at least 12 years old, but, sadly, on their last legs. No pun intended. Most people would have thrown them out years ago I'm sure, but I'm not most people.

I hate shoe shopping. Wide feet which when I was younger were bigger than average. Now I can get the size but my feet are swollen (oedema). The companies which advertise shoes for oedema lie.
