Comments: Signs of December

Regular Yarg or Gruyère.

Our favorite may be a well-smoked gouda. Or maybe a nicely aged swiss, followed by various aged cheddars.

I'm not familiar with Yarg cheese, but it is apparently readily available here, in the dairy state.

We got a Sainsburys stilton-in-a-pot for Xmas, with our expectations set pretty low, but it turned out to be excellent and we've finished it already.
