We've had snow flurries, but it hasn't settled, though there are quite hard nighttime frosts. Can't complain about the weather, though. And no rain coming in, after my roof repairs back in November.

I will check for any old one pound coins although Sue often collects any shrapnel lying around and spends it.

I dutifully checked my purse but no luck here. I try to keep a few coins around for "just in case" but like most others I don't use cash often these days.
We had one snowfall around midnight a few days back which I only know about because of a loo break because by morning there was hardly any sign of it left. It's just cold and wet.
