I initially thought that Tim, but then concluded that there is often more than one judge. Mind you, if I'd been judging, I'd have inserted my own apostrophe, appropriately.

Ah, I didn't even look at the print, just the handwriting. You see more and more of this these days. Apparently it's a global problem, not just over here.
